Product details

The dust pollution in quarries mainly comes from the production processes of crushing systems, screening systems, and transportation systems. During the process of crushing and screening, a large amount of dust is generated, which not only seriously pollutes the environment but also poses a serious threat to the health of workers. Zhengzhou Jienengda Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. designed dust collectors for quarries to effectively optimize the dust removal scheme, reduce economic investment, and maximize benefits by focusing on dust sources.
The dust collector equipment in the quarry is a bag filter equipment designed by our company after digesting and absorbing similar domestic products and improving them. Widely used for dust removal, purification, and material recovery of non fibrous industrial dust in various industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical engineering, and mining. This dust collector adopts a pulse jet cleaning method, which has the advantages of good cleaning effect, large processing air volume, long filter bag life, small maintenance workload, high purification efficiency, and safe and reliable operation.

Working principle of dust collector equipment in quarry
The dusty gas enters the quarry with filter bags through the intake portdust collectorEquipment filtration room. Dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag, and is then discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust duct and the air surface. As the dust on the filter bag thickens, the resistance of the dust collector continues to rise. When it reaches a certain level (usually 1500-1800pa), in order to ensure the continued operation of the dust collector, dust cleaning is required. The filter bags of the dust collector are arranged in a straight line, and each row of filter bags is equipped with a pulse valve to control the compressed air pulse cleaning. The action of the pulse valve is controlled by the program. During dust cleaning, the dust cleaning controller sends a command to release compressed air of 0.5-0.7Mpa at the moment of action of the pulse valve. Compressed air is injected into the filter bag at high speed through the small hole on the spray pipe facing the filter bag. At the same time, it induces a secondary airflow several times that of compressed air, producing an instantaneous shock wave that propagates downward along the entire length of the filter bag. By utilizing this mechanism, the dust accumulated outside the filter bag falls down from the filter bag, and the clumped dust falls into the hopper. The duration of the pulse can be adjusted to suit the various characteristics of different dust.
